From I-270:
- Take Exit 11 towards Rt. 124/Montgomery Village Ave.
- Turn right at the 1st light on Rt. 355/N. Frederick Ave.
- Turn left at 1st light on Lakeforest Blvd.
- Turn left into the first parking lot.
- 501 N. Frederick Ave. is on the left - the Kaiser Permanente building.
- We are in Suite 107 - look for our sign!
From Westminster, MD:
- Take Route 97 South towards Washington DC.
- Approximately 8 miles after Route 70, turn right onto Route 650.
- Go 1/2 mile on Route 650 to first left, Sundown Road.
- Turn left on Sundown Road.
- Stay on Sundown to the first light, Route 108. (Note: you are not turning)
- Cross Route 108, it turns into Brink Road. Stay on Brink Road.
- Cross Route 124. Veer right at the first stop sign. (still Brink Road)
- Continue approximately 1 mile to the next stop sign. Turn left onto Wightman Road.
- Continue approximately 1 mile to the next stop sign. Turn right onto Montgomery Village Ave.
- Turn left on Russell Avenue (Fire Station is on your right).
- Turn right on Lakeforest Blvd.
- Turn right in the first parking lot. The building is to your left. We are in Suite 107 - look for our sign!
