Shipping and Payment QuestionsShipping
US orders will be shipped either US Mail or Federal Express Ground Home or Office delivery. We will pick the best method for each order based on weight of the package to save money.
Canada and International orders will be shipped Airmail or Global Priority Mail to best suit your order. If Global Priority Mail is required, please let us know.
Shipping will be reduced on lightweight orders if possible and increased on heavier orders if necessary. (See details below.)
Shipping Chart is for orders shipping complete. If any items on your order are out of stock, back ordered or have to be special ordered, your order will ship complete upon their arrival.
Add $2.50 for orders shipped in parts. In stock items will ship in 3-5 business days and back orders will follow in a second shipment as soon as they arrive (up to 10-15 days depending on the item).

***Shipping is actually figured according to the WEIGHT
of your package. Often, we can reduce your shipping cost if your package
is light. When paying by credit card, we will adjust your shipping
accordingly. If paying by Pay Pal, we will send a 2nd invoice if
necessary or return extra postage costs to you.
****Please ask if you are unsure if an
item is "light weight". Punches are NOT light weight
items!!!

Exceptions
If your order is oversized or unusually heavy (cardstocks, punches, etc.), extra
Shipping may be added. Shipping will also be reduced on lightweight orders if at all possible.
Your Final Invoice/Confirmation will tell you if the product is in stock or if we have to order from the manufacturer. Whenever possible, we will ship your order in one complete shipment within 3-5 business days of finalizing your order with payment.
However, occasionally items are out of stock, backordered or have to be special ordered. This also will be indicated on your Invoice/Confirmation.

The following apply:
- Actual Postage + Insurance per shipment
- Postage is based on final weight of package.
- We send an estimated shipment cost when you order.
- If cost is more than $5.00 higher than estimate, we email you for approval before we ship.
- If cost is lower, we will adjust your total and send the products.
- Insurance will be added to your order.

Payment
Credit Card & PayPal payments:
Every purchase is welcome, no matter the price - there is no minimum requirement. It is against credit card and PayPal policies to charge extra for processing fees. We will never add processing fees to any of your transactions.
Checks:
Non-sufficient funds or closed account checks will be charged a $25 bank fee. We will require a money order, credit card, or PayPal payment within 15 days of receipt of a bad check. We reserve the right to hold check orders up to 2 weeks until they clear the bank before shipping your merchandise.
Insurance
All packages shipped Fed Ex are automatically insured for up to $100!!! Priority Mail and International packages are not automatically insured. Please add $1.10 for every $50 of value.
Package Tracking
All packages shipped US Priority Mail or Fed Ex have tracking available.
Missing packages will be replaced as soon as possible if you have paid for insurance (or if your package has shipped Priority or Fed Ex). If you have elected not to add insurance, we reserve the right to investigate the loss of your package - this may take up to 30 days or more.
Damages
Damaged packages will be replaced as soon as possible if you have paid for insurance. If you have elected not to add insurance, we may ask for you to send the damaged items back at your expense before we replace them.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns of undamaged, unopened items in re-sellable condition will be accepted for credit or exchange only. There may be a 15% restocking fee.
Books and videos may not be returned unless defective. Freight is your responsibility--unless the item was sent by us in error. If we sent an incorrect item, we will send the correct item as soon as possible and pay for shipping of the incorrect item back to us. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for opened ink pads, paints, or partially used items.
Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully when you receive it. Even Rubber Chicken's occasionally make mistakes! We require an e-mail within 1 week of receiving an incorrect item. We will pay for the item to be returned to us and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
