Welcome to Rubber Chicken's Embossing Nest. We are a full-service retail and mail order store specializing in paper arts. We strive to have diverse products for all types of paper and book arts.
Special Announcement - The last day the shop will be open is Sunday, April 27th.
Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
It is with mixed feelings that this announcement is being made. After successfully running Rubber Chicken for fourteen years, we are closing our doors to the retail location. Please know this was a very difficult decision and one not taken lightly.
We look forward to our future with great excitement, but we will truly miss seeing you in the store every day. We will continue our mail order business and we're kicking some other ideas around as well.
Effective immediately we will no longer sell gift certificates. If you have any gift certificates, they need to be redeemed by April 12th.
Please note the following new policies while we are winding down:
- We will be accepting cash and checks only -- no credit cards.

No cluck bucks will be punched or accepted any longer

If you have outstanding special orders, we will let you know if we're unable to fill the order. Please note all sales are final and no items may be returned or exchanged.
We will continue all the scheduled classes and stamp club. We encourage you to sign up for these great classes.
We will keep you up to date on the latest sales as they continue. We do have several orders on the way - those items will not be discounted right away.
Let's celebrate the many, many, many wonderful years, retreat events and friendships! We have been blessed to have the VERY BEST customers in the World! We have been blessed to have the VERY BEST teachers in the industry teach at our shop - with most coming back for encores!
Thank you all for your support over the past fourteen years. It is appreciated more than we can ever articulate.
We will see you around at different events and we may even pop up at a couple of local shows - you never know what the future holds!
We are kicking around alot of ideas about what to do once the retail location closes, and we'll keep you posted on what transpires.
We will have a memories book by the front counter and encourage you to leave your thoughts with us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
